Puppy, to the best of our knowledge, is in sound health. If, within 48 hours, pup is found to have a serious health problem or disease, as confirmed by both the buyer's licensed veterinarian and our licensed veterinarian, the pup may be returned to The Compound for a replacement, as available, or refund. The total liability of The Compound is limited to the purchase price of the puppy.

Any dog found to have a genetic disorder that would prevent him from continuing as a companion animal in his first year, and confirmed and agreed diagnosis of both the buyer's and the seller's veterinarians, shall be eligible to be returned for a replacement, as available, to The Compound. If no replacement will become available in a reasonable time period, a refund would be considered. 

Covered faults must be of genetic origin, and not resulting from environmental factors, poor nutrition, accidents, or illness incurred after the buyer has taken possession of the puppy. Reaction to immunizations and medications are not genetic faults. The Compound will not be responsible for medical bills incurred.

Buyer agrees to be solely responsible for this dog/puppy and to indemnify and hold harmless from any and all claims of liability for the conduct of this dog/puppy after the date of transfer from The Compound.
